IDENTITY
Leadership is often defined by clarity of leadership identity, conscious intent around what type of leader your role needs you to become and alignment of personal values with organisational values. In this session, we unpack the myths surrounding identity, the stories we hold to be true about our past, present, and future, and connect with the language around our values. These are the building block of phenomenal leaders.
CONVERSATIONS
Leadership is required not just in the good times, as we’ve learned in 2020, it really comes down to how leaders show up in the tough times. In this session, we’ll unpack some of the impacts of females voices when influencing through conversations, tools to elevate your voice, and strategies to get results from the inevitable tough conversations. The way we lead is directly proportionate to the level of influence we can create; this session looks to elevate these skills.
DECISIONS
Being seen as decisive and collaborative can be a hard path to navigate, made harder by the biases that currently exist for women in leadership roles. Throughout this session we’ll touch on unconscious bias, tools to be both inclusive and decisive, as well as strategies to communicate the direction once the decision has been made. We’ll dive into challenging the biases and beliefs about making the key decisions required for your business.
FUTURE
This session is all about helping you to move from trend-getter to trend-setter in order to boldly craft the future of work. Leadership requires an ability to lift your head above the current circumstance and look towards what’s next. In this session, we’ll gather tools and resources to help you look at future trends, garner ideas from other industries and continue to grow. We’ll also start to set the path for what’s next in your leadership development. You’ll not only finish the program as better leaders for today, but also as better leaders for tomorrow.
